Heidi Mount (in) After Chanel SS 2012

When I think of Heidi, Chanel always come into mind. Since the time she started modeling in 2003 by signing with Ford Models, Heidi, who is now with IMG Models, has opened and closed 2 Chanel shows and graced 4 advertising campaigns for the brand. It is never a certainty to see her walking in New York, London, or Milan for fashion week, but the winning bet can always be placed on her making an appearance at Chanel in Paris. She is after all the Chanel woman!

Therefore, I was so happy to spot Heidi and her Chanel bag an hour after the show strolling around Paris. I had missed her at the Grand Palais, the venue of the Chanel show. And this was so much of a delightful spotting! There is a sweet charm about Heidi that I can see why Karl Lagerfeld is such a big supporter. And a funny story to this picture actually… This is the last moment where Heidi is holding on to the cat balloon. After walking her cat for the very last time, Heidi abandoned it, and all the photographers in the streets, myself included, were yelling, “Awww, don’t abandon your cat…” Haha…
