Help! In need of a staple mag!

I'm sort of new to the fashion world and wanted to know what is the absolute best magazine for gaining a better knowledge about designers and their upcoming collections. I would just love to be up to date on these things and I don't know where to look right now.

Good photography is a plus, I love to make collages or pin pics on my walls.

My suggestion would be US Vogue. While it's not the most creative magazine you'll find, it's where I pretty much got to know designers and the latest collections. Harper's Bazaar is also really good too. And if you really want to be up to date, go to style.com and see the full collections.

I would say Harpers Bazaar.
Not as uptight as US Vogue, fun articles & great fashion.
They often include articles related to fashion history too.

depeding where you are i'd say to get a copy of WWD (Womans Wear Daily) its like a fashion newspaper.and there is a magazine and paper that comes out everyday....

its more news than a magazine..

yeah i agree. why buy a mag when you have tfs? Plus most of the good stuff gets scanned or entered here anyway.

I'm nearly giving up magazines now too because I know of this forum. Though I do also think having bought a few different magazines got me more comfortable in the fashion world. So if you want to, buy a few different mags for a while, just to get the hang of it all. It's interesting to get to know the differences in magazines. After that, everything can be learned here.
