Help me find info on this dress!

I have been obsessed with this dress since the very first time I saw the picture. Unfortunately, , it doesn't say who's the designer. I think it could be Hussein Chalayan, but I'm not sure. I want to know an approximate price for it, because it is so breathtaking, that if it is half my salary, even though I don't work anymore.. I'M GETTING IT!!!

and i'm moving this to the shopping section...

via bus stop also carries a huge ammount of chalayan so they might have it...they have stores in ny and paris...i don't know where else...but there is a website you can google which will list all their info...
