Help with Carshoe sizing vs Tod's ?

I was thinking of ordering a pair of Carshoe boots online and as they are not sold in my country, I am wondering if they are true to their size ? I have several pairs of Tod's and as "we all know" they are 1/2-1 size larger than your regular shoe size. As Tod's and Carshoe are very similar, I am wondering if the case is the same with the sizing ? Anybody help ? Thanks a lot.
