Help with Manolos!

Hello,
I am a Manolo virgin but considering purchasing my first pair! The only problem? I live in Ireland and will be purchasing them off the internet. I have found the pair I want - a perfectly polished pair of black patent Mary Janes (giddy squeal ) but am not 100% about the size. I think I will need a 38.5. I wear size 38 in Miu Miu, 38.5 Alexander McQueen and 39 LK Bennett. What would you suggest?!

I actually wear a 38.5 in Manolo's, but I'm normally 37-38. But, I only have the flats. It might be different with the heels.
