Wtf... He used to be much nicer looking guy when he was younger, even in Tudors. Now he's starting to loose shape and is all hairy... Can't believe that he's just 26!

They are purposely trying to make him look like this for The Tudors' 4th season since his character is supposed to be much older. Hence the long hair and sometimes beard and moustache. His long hair is also for a film role where he plays a warrior.
Although I completely agree with you that Henry looks his best with shorter hair (as in Hellworld) or a buzz cut (as in The Tudors season 1) and a bit more clean shaven.
It makes him look younger and more dashing. For me he should have gotten the role of James Bond but he was too young then. Maybe they will consider him again. 
Regarding his weight, if I'm not mistaken Henry has said that he has always been on the chubby (if not stocky) side since he was young and he only hits the gym when he is shooting something. To be honest, I'd take him any way - chubby, thin, hairy, not hairy....hahahaha!
