Hobos and shoulder bags

Pardon the ignorance, but what's the difference between them?

a hobo has only one strap and is not very structured, while a shoulder bag can have more than one strap and is more structured.

I thought that was the main difference until I saw this one listed as a hobo:

yeah, its just not structured, so its a hobo. Hobo is pretty much just a slouchy bag.

See I agree with the handle thing but I also view a hobo as having a crescent shaped body or at least a crescent shaped top (ie where the zipper is).
