I think they're sort of cute, when they're small and white...... With a long gold chain. But aren't they too trendy?

I saw one today at Aldo Accessories, it came with a pack of two gold chains with small charms (all gold toned) and one small horn on a longer chain. I might get it and put the horn pendant on a longer chain. What do you think....? Tacky or not?

I guess the fact that that pack of necklaces was on sale for 9$ doesn't hurt either. ^_^

i think they're too trendy...i see too many lindsay lohan types wearing them. But if you like them...thats all that matters:flower:

Well I guess I am not really that much into horns, I am more into very long gold necklaces with some pendant. I might get some faux stone in a very very pale-white color, a semi transparent one.

Those Shaun Leane horn pendants are gorgeous. They're made of sliver and have rubies or black diamonds at one end. I can't post a pic but they're on ShaunLeane.com in the Tribal Deco collection.

i love them on a long chain mixed with other delicate chains - cute one at the bottom of the page here - http://lenorastreasurechest.com/necklace.html

...i think this trend stemmed from a JLO video like a year or 2 ago... its been brewing and now it's pretty popular.

I like the horn necklace, but only the real italian horn kind, not the kind that looks like a sharks tooth. more round and tapered...

I think that mother of pearl one is gorgeous! <3
I dont think I'd be able to pull if off though :(
I say go for it! If you like it don't worry about it being 'trendy' or whatever.
I accually haven't seem them on anyone yet..

Yes, I suppose they're a trend, but I'd get them anyway. Especially for that price ;)

Plus, I think whether they're "trendy" or not kind of depends on your perspective. Now is a perfect time to pick up a piece like that b/c they're everywhere, but to you, personally, it may not be a trend. Meaning that you may wear it well past when the so-called trend as been laid to rest. That's MY theory anyway :flower:

Oh - and you shouldn't be discouraged that Lindsay Lohan is wearing it. She's probably wearing it all wrong and it's the WAY you wear it that really matters. She generally has great pieces, but she just pairs them improperly, you know?

I think they are trendy, but isn't that the point? When they cost $9, definitely mixem up with something that's not as trendy.

Having said that, I am really into organic looking jewelry these days... drusies, rough gold, rough diamonds, not pristine looking "tiffany's-lloking" jewelry. yuk.

I do like them but they're VERY trendy. I've had one from about 3 years ago that I stole from Art Class [hehe] but now it's not where to be seen! I must admit when I started seeing others wear it, I tried to search for mine:blush:
