How do you obtain clothes you see in shows?

Is there a way to somehow obtain clothes you see in these fashon shows? You find something you really like, but there's no way to obtain it? I could call all the stores in the world if they have a particular jacket, for example, giving them a link to the model wearing the jacket, but that is not very realistic...is it?

where do you live?...
there are many stores around the world who carry designer merchandise and the stores and their location are usually listed on their websites...

The VIPs can get stuff either at the show or just after a show, because well they're VIPs and the designer wants to keep them happy and to get the items out there so people can desire them.

A normal person would have to wait for them to hit the stores, generally most designers stock whats on the runway, some don't. The best way to get something off the runway is to call the nearest boutique of that designer and ask them if they have it or if they can tell you where they have it, Ive never done that before but Id think they'd get it shipped from another store if you showed enough interest.
