Loving the cover, very fresh and interesting. Gives of a good vibe.
always, the one trend that never dies!
I think that's a bit narrow way to look at it, this is i-D, the king/queen of cheeky and cheesy, as with last feb. cover. Try to look at it from i-D's tounge-in-cheek viewpoint and don't take it so serious, I doubt they do. It's the menswear-issue. No, the "manhood issue", and the cover is very much a play on, and an i-Dishing (new word!!!) of typical mens magazine covers.
Oh, and I haven't seen this posted yet:

^i don't know if that was the point ...
but it really reminds me the Terry Richardson/Tom Ford campain in a funnier way ... a lot more natural ... and more sane ... like a couple with no power games ...
i liked TerryxTom ... and i like its opposite ...
Agreed, a lesbian cover would be so much better.
And ID is just the place to do that, I mean even Itakian Vogue did it! Was that actually the first lesbian cover on a fashion magazine? Anyone know? I think its becomeing the next unconventional trend. Because we need to break the heterosexual stigma.
