The Stylish

Ilona Struzik @ Premier (London), Major (Paris), Major (NY)

Just back from the bookshop, not for magazine-shopping though. Went to see belgian writer Amélie Nothomb and felt it was just the right day. Right day to write a few lines on Ilona or the right day to go to the store. Whatever. Both versions fit. The link between them ? Obviously nothing striking if it's not very dark hair, very precise looks and the fact they carry their own atmospheres with them. Maybe the same. Wouldn't you imagine Ilona as a character of a novel, co-starring the casting with... champagne ? Sounds possible. Ilona is currently in London and the first word that came with her pictures in the mail was "stylish". Actually the same feeling we had when we saw her in Paris a few months ago. And even the same feeling as one year ago or so when we saw pictures of her for the first time. Stylish. The glasses that are almost a signature. The ratio between black tops and white tops, skulls and Mickey Mouse. And the way she stares at the camera - like nobody else. As she spent most of her time in Paris and NY, we thought her London-stop was somethime to mention. Especially as, like everywhere else, they love her.
