I didn't have time to post there before but definitely wanted to as she was already a favorite for a little while and has even grown on me with this season's pictures. I'm not sure her beauty fit the theme at Betsey Johnson (liked the collection but saw some other models at a better place there) but the recent pics from Mara Hoffman are totally delightful. Same for the backstage pictures with Tatiana.

I DID AN INTERVIEW WITH IRINA. i was really surprised with her answers, you can totally see that she is very smart and very mature... i really like her. so im posting a small preview, ill post everything next week.

PONY RYDER: Have you ever said no to something? A nude shot, an uncomfortable photoshoot...?
IRINA MICCOLI: Yes, I do this "NO" thing sometimes.It's better to say no in the beginning, then feel weird on the shoot and be uncomfortable in the outfit.

PONY RYDER: Did you learn about the modeling business yourself, or did you have a lot of guidance from your mother agency and all the other agencies you work with?
IRINA MICCOLI: I think you can't learn enough about it yourself, you always need an experienced adviser, I'm very grateful to Giya (Grace Models), R.I.P his soul. He was almost like my second dad when I just started...

Last time we talked about Irina was a few days before the start of NY fashion week, a little more than one month and a half. Describing her as having her very exclusive and personal touch of mystery. We thought the timing was perfect and promised to add more on her as soon as possible. Asap is now, she's got a new editorial in Grazia (UK edition) by Ryan Michael Kelly who also shot a beauty story with her. Playing various characters - sometimes on the same page, multi-tasked Irina is getting some work that fits her abilities and her mysterious appeal. A legend of this fall. With a little lace...
