Iselin and Julia are both from Women (www.womenmanagement.com), so they probably know each other well .. She also seems to know Freja pretty well, but thats probably because they are both Scandinavian (and do a lot of work together).

And, as J'Ador-DioR said, she is Norwegian. She is from a small town called Harstad, that is situated by the sea, north of the arctic circle. It has about 20 000 inhabitants ..

Mmm, thats true for major of the winter, but not the entire .. The further north you get, the darker it gets. In Harstad it gets a bit lighter around 1-2 in the day in january, so it's not at dark as if you were locked in a closet, but you don't see the sun for some weeks. I was in the militray up there a few years ago and it's really quite depressing.

But in the summer, the sun is up 24/7.
