IU is among Korean celebrities who have great images and reputations, and I am not shy to say I am a fan of IU, both for her songs and the films she has starred in.

The story behind the photoshoot and interview was that, Mr. Choi Baek-Ho and IU collaborated on a track titled, “Walk With Me, Child”. The song portrays a story about a man and a child who rely on each other to become chatting companions, such that they can share their heartbreaking stories together.

06/24/2020 -- Congratulations to Ms. Lee Ji-Eun ("IU") for being appointed as one of the ambassadors for South Korea's National Tax Service (NTS), with the ceremony being held at the Seoul Regional Office of NTS.

IU attended The 19th Mise-en-scène Short Film Festival in Seoul, South Korea.
The Mise-en-scène Short Film Festival is a Korean film festival that is held every June in South Korea, since 2002, intended to support young upstart Korean filmmakers.
IU has been appointed as one of the honorary judges at the film festival, along with other famous Korean actors and actresses -- Oh Jung-se (bottom middle), Yoona (top right), Lee Jung-eun (bottom right), and Lee Je-hoon (bottom left).
IU thanks one of her fans for sending a coffee truck to the filming set of "Dream" (current working title), a Korean feature film that is set to be released in 2021.
"Dream" is about a Korean soccer player (played by actor Park Seo-Joon), who coaches a Korean soccer team made up of homeless people, and led them to Homeless World Cup. IU is one of the lead cast members for the film.
Instagram update -- 06/29/2020 -- Actor Mr. Lee Joon-Gi sent a coffee truck to the filming set of "Dream" to show support for IU.
Lee Joon-Gi was the lead actor for the 2016 Korean TV drama series "Scarlet Heart Ryeo", in which IU was the female lead.
