Originally approached by model scouts in 2010 after winning a regional beauty pageant in her hometown of Kirov, Russia, Iuliia decided to concentrate on school before entering the fashion industry. Fast forward a few years and Iuliia was again approached by scouts, this time in Moscow, where she was studying at university.
