Oh My Greatness, loving him in the Balmain campaign. So good, happy for him.

Yes, he looks fantastic, and definitely deserves something big like this! Hope he sticks around for years to come, he should, he's great.

As LCM closes, we catch up with model of the moment, Jackson Hale

18 year old Jackson Hale closed London Fashion Week on a high on Monday, leading the finale for the S/S15 Burberry menswear show. The London-born model has become a fashion week staple over the past few days, walking for Topman, Alexander McQueen, DKNY, Christopher Shannon and JW Anderson. Hale, who is a mix of Indian, Trindadian and English, comes from good stock, with both his parents and brother having dabbled in modelling before him. Here AnOther caught up with him post-LCM to find out how it went.

When were you scouted?

I was scouted last summer by a friend of my parents who asked whether I would ever consider modelling. He asked me to send some pictures, and it took me about two months to do it. Then he sent them to a casting director who sent them to Supa, who signed me in the October. I’d never considered modelling until then.

What has been the highlight of LCM for you?

The best thing has been walking shows with good mates.

What has been your favourite show?

Topman. I met lots of people I knew already from doing the campaigns, it was nice to see them.

If you could keep one piece of clothing from LCM, what would it be?

My trousers from Burberry. Everything from Alexander McQueen, it was an amazing collection.

What has been the toughest moment?
Sunday, when LCM started. I woke up really, really sick. I had three shows, three fittings and an editorial to shoot so it was an insane day. Getting through that day was tough.

Favourite catwalk song?
Walking to Missy Elliot at Alexander McQueen, that was so good. I was struggling not to bounce down the catwalk, I really wanted to start dancing.

What advice would you give somebody walking a catwalk for the first time?
Try not to worry. Be relaxed, and if you have a problem or a question don’t be afraid to speak up. Don’t think that you have to pretend that you know what you are doing. If you shoes aren’t tight, ask somebody to tighten them. Make it as easy as you can for yourself.

Where do you like to hang out in London?
East London is always nice. Any parks, being outside with friends is lovely. People’s houses — I don’t know why but I really like being at somebody’s house or flat and just chilling there. I really like hanging out at the Barbican on a sunny day.

Favourite food?
My mum’s black beans and rice.

Do you have any pets?
I have a cat called Aki, which means autumn in Japanese.

Funniest fashion memory?
On an editorial, my friend Robbie trying to squeeze into these PVC trousers. It took him about ten minutes to get them on and double that to take them off.

 him, nice interview, seems like a laidback humble guy who gets along with everyone.

Impressed that he got Balmain, but I wish he were taller. :-( Then again, he IS only 18. Maybe he has another inch to grow up.
