.........hmmm
i can't understand what does you mean here?what do you want to copy?
his style???(copying someones style isn't very fantastic proof of creativity)

I used to like his work, he's good at what he does, but it's very commercial, mainstream and over used now. He stuff is on so many cd covers, adverts, stationary, etc, but hey, he's certainly achieved success at what he does.

My favourite fashion illustrator is Jasper Goodall. He does a lot of fashion editorials for The Face.

<img border='0' alt='image'src=http://www.depotcrew.com/img/exhibition/9.16/jasper.jpg>

But I also love Kareem Iliya, Hiroshi Tanabe, Yoko Ikeno and Thierry Perez's work too.

:Purplewink: :!: :Pinkwink:  8)

Well, Jasper Goodall is just as over-used and easy to copy. And besides, he didn't really invent that style. Jason Brooks invented his I believe.

jasper goodall style is cool.....jason brooks- does he illustrate the" hed kandy"
cd covers??

I don't know, to be honest. I think it was web-based and it sort of just started to influence all around, people copying things, adding on, taking away. It's good though. I like it. The sh*t for Miss Selfridges is okay for what it is.

"this style" was "brought back to fashion" by *Wallpaper some years ago, its very late '60s inspired and quite cute to my eyes...

btw, I 'like' both illustrators, even though they are nothing new..

NOTE: [/highlight:3d704e2f8f]just as Paulina said, why should anyone want to copy this? :?

<span style='font-size:18'>*Copying can seriously damage one's creativity and self esteem

what i ment was, its such an easy style to do

when im scetching women i love to use this simplistic style because it always looks beautiful

now, that's more clear to me sean, you make perfect sense but you got me worried just for a minute :D

we do share the love for 'simplistic' scketches , they 'work' best and help one explore better the design (not to talk about making things easier for those pattern catters out there  )

got any to share? just curious, i have seen very few in my lifetime

im actually posting the clothes i designed for some of the FSPOT girls later today! so i'll show you then!"

ah to think JB illustration is easy to do, you clearly dont know what u talking about. His illustration require constistency in shape, size, colour and flair, not easy to copy. JB is probably one of the best vector base illustrator currently.
