Love the first and last set. You are right Astrid, there is some unnerving quality about them.

im not the biggest fan . esp of his artwork . a bit picasso influenced and intuitive i suppose. his photograhphy is alien and cold. im a bit on the fence with him. a friend of mine thinks he is just tops.

Lo, thanks for clearing that up. For reason I had assumed he was a she.

Moussemaker, we all have our own tastes. I think glam, typical 'beautiful', and confident are sometimes rather boring. I'm weird like that. To each their own.

i just assumed it was a guy francois would probably have an e on the end if it was a she who knows

i dont want to get too off topic but i think the last three paintings space posted
remind me of picasso's still life on a pedestal table

You're right. B)

I like Lepage's "version" better, it's a bit more somber and less lampoonish than Picasso's.

they are very picasso, but sort of goth picasso.

Jean is a man or at least that what it said in nylon.
