Jeroen Smits was scouted shopping in Amsterdam at the age of 17.
The cyclist and budding chef (who one day plans to open his own restaurant) made his catwalk debut in January 2013 walking Jil Sander, Gucci, Moschino, Paul Smith and Tommy Hilfiger – to name a few.
Since then he’s become a regular walking for brands including Dior Homme, Calvin Klein, Tom Ford, Givenchy and Canali.
In Fall 2013 Jeroen fronted the Dior Homme campaign whilst his editorial credits include 10 Men, Essential Homme, Numéro Homme, Volt, Wonderland and Harper’s Bazaar Thailand.

What was the last movie you watched?: The Babadook, It has the weirdest ending i’ve ever watched though… But recommended if you like thriller/horror!

What is your biggest fear?: To not be able to bike anymore.
What is your dream country to visit?: I have so many, but i’ve heard a lot of nice stories about India! So i’ll say India.
If you were not modeling, what would you be doing?: Studying to be a chef / opening a restaurant
If you got to relive one day in your modeling career it would be…: Shooting Wonderland/Rollacoaster Magazine in and around Glasgow. Never worked with such a cool and relaxed team!
If you could swap lives with a celebrity who would it be? Jason Statham, because he is bad-*** and is married to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. ( girl crush )
How would you describe happiness? Doing whatever you want, whenever and with whoever! Plus, biking on a sunny day in the mountains. Nothing can beat that!
If you could be on the cover of any magazine, it would be: Forbes magazine
What was the last thing to make you cry?: I cried of laughter with a friend, just because of silly little things only we can completely burst out in tears from!
What’s your favorite fashion city and why?: I guess NY, its diverse and feels like home now.
Who are your idols?: A random German man. I met him on a holiday in Italy. 87 years old and biking all around Europe. #respect
What was the last dream you remember? Being stuck in the toilet of a club when all the water started over flowing the toilets and sinks until the point the whole room was filled with water. Of course I woke up the moment my head went under water.
