An article from Jerry's blog and I translated some important point. Sorry for my poor English grammar.

-Jerry received a message(26/5) from Major Milan and asked Jerry for a casting in Shanghai.
-When Jerry just stepped out from elevator, the director of APAX said:"Please get out, you are not in the list." And Jerry said "I know, but my Milan agency asked me to come here, not Long Teng(Jerry's China agency)". After that Jerry was driven away by two securities.
-Jerry called his manager, Wei Wei to went there and found the either one from the message. After that, Wei Wei said"they asked you to come in."
-He was ready to meet the designer but the director from APAX was blocking Jerry, again and call the securities. Jerry was forced to leave the building.
-He claimed that he never freak out to any work team. Only once, a director assistant yelled at him "There are **** in your head."
-He used to sleep beside the street when he just came to Beijing. Sometimes he will speak out when some new model's right and benefits were deprived. And he even fought with other when Caucasian models tried to take liberities with Chinese female models.

Here's why he was banned.
blog.sina.com.cn/fuzhenggang-In March, Jerry, Du Shibo and other forty Chinese models took train(have to buy tickets paid by themselves) from Beijing to Shanghai for an international major show which contracted by APAX.
-They stayed in a very,very cheap motel(APAX set it up). Some of the rooms don't have hot shower, some of them even have to use mineral water to take a shower. Jerry thought it was because living in a good hotel for forty models might be a huge amount for APAX.
-They arrived Shanghai three days before the show. In these three days, their meals are not included.

-At the show day, they all woke up at 6am and arrived there at 7am. After he dropped his backpack, they started rehearsal until 1pm.
-And the lunch arrived. It was a palm-size of burger. They didn't had breakfast before it.
-After that they started rehearsal again, with full dress, non full dress, the last rehearsal even wearing meke-up, just like a formal show.
-They finished the rehearsal at 7pm. Before an hour from the show started, director of APAX annouced "After the show everyone have to stand on the stage for half an hour" Some of the models started to complain, but no one dare to leave the show.
-Dinner arrived. APAX prohibited models to take off the clothing, but they also didn't let models to have dinner with the clothing on. Jerry asked her "Did you mean you don't let models to have dinner?" And she replied, "Sure you can, but not with the clothing" "Then we take it off" "The client said no." "So you don't let us to have dinner."
-Models started to uproar. Some of them called their own manager and also asked the director to raise salary. The director tried to harmonize but he failed. And Jerry said, "We didn't said we are going to leave the show, but you asked us to work overtime, this is not included in our contract, is fraud."
-Before the show started, APAX said, "We agreed to pay double fee, please perform well later." Every models was satisfied and performed professionally on the runway.

-Back to Beijing, every modeling agency received an email by APAX, said they are not agreed and won't paid double fee for models. Every modeling agency have to send an apology letter to APAX. Especially Long Teng Modeling Agency, have to ban Jerry Fu, Du Shibo, Gao Jian and Hu Zhonghan.
