I absolutely love Jess' look. She can look sweet and girlie, and then look strong and slightly androgynous -- quite the contradiction, she is incredibly versatile. I think she'll only get better as she matures. Love those brows! and her long blonde hair, which reminds me of Kristy Hume's trademark locks. Though there tons of blondes in the industry, I think her look truly exceeds most of them.
