My opinion:
If she can work as "Top" model even living in LA or some other Westcoast area, I don't want her to go back(?) NY again. But if it is difficult to do without doing, well she had better go back.
Maybe a little more time is need for Jessica ro become like Carolyn M, who based on Westcoast.
