I think that top is cool. Sorry though, I don't know who it's by. Perhaps it's from some L.A. boutique.

If I had a rock as big as hers, I wouldn't wear it all the time either for fear of losing it! A simple band would be nice though, to take it's place when she doesn't wear it.

The fabric/cut suggests its vintage. This kind of thin nylon (you can see her white bra ) was used in tons of mass-produced tops in the 70s. These relics of disco can be found for .25 at any thrift shop. I think this outfit is hideous- the brown boots look with those black pants and a major overload on the gold.
