Jessica Szohr

what? :o
that is her natural hair????
that´s amazing!!! she should really go backl to that

Yea. She's part Black--genes are funny in a way. Even if you're only partly Black, sometimes that hair pops up in your kids. It's why I love anthropology TBH! For those rare occasions when the genes of your ancestors randomly show up; like some African-Americans having midnight skin, but blue eyes :D

Oh wow. I just assumed everyone knew Jessica's natural hair leans toward an Afro-texture. And it goes without saying, her natural hair style is beautiful.

Attending the 2011 Met Gala on May 2nd.

I don't like anything about this look.

God- I don't know what's up with her, but she doesn't even look like herself...:(

Apparently her dress is Topshop? Why bother going to the MET when no designer wants to dress you? She's a mess atm. Kind of sad, especially when I think back on how I was seriously girl crushing on her when she first appeared on GG. Her whole appearance has gone downhill just as much as TayMom's

There were a couple of people who wore Topshop. I think Ginnifer Goodwin was the other celeb to do so

if she was going to the MTV VMAs or Movie Awards I would say go for it.
but to the MET BALL?!?! wtf was she thinking?

I think Jessica's Met Gala look was somewhat thought out. However, I don't think it's an outfit SHE prepared herself enough to wear. If she had a different hairstyle and paired it with appropriate accessories, it may have worked better. But overall she should have just skipped this outfit.

really like her natural hair. she should stick to it. As for the MET gala outfit, such a dissapointment- the hair is what really ruins it.

So does Topshop sponsor them and make them attend the Gala? Because I don't get it. The whole point of the MET gala is to have designers bring along people that wear their designs so why would they have high street brands send over some c-list celebrity to the Gala?
And I don't mean this as an insult to Topshop at all, it just seemed to me as if Jess wasn't even invited and just kind of showed up on the red carpet in her own clothes when I found out she didn't wear any designer.
