Jing Wen

Don't think she'll be in Kyoto for LV this time... will be missed, if.

She should be the face of Prada again. How come Miu Miu doesn't cast Asian models for their campaigns?

Totally agree. One of the most memorable looks from the show.

Plus she wears that makeup rather well IMO. ^_^

Fantastic run booking all 4 major cruise collections Edit: so far.

Who else is shocked that Michelle Lee, an Asian casting director, casted the first Asian model after many years in the industry casting for campaigns?

Very happy she got Dior despite the large cast. Well deserved!

it seems she skipped this haute couture season

Thought she'd walk Chanel and Dior, that would've been fine either way if it's just two. Unless she was preoccupied and didn't bother.

Anyway, won't expect too much runway for SS18, focus on keys and relax a bit more.

Jing Wen, China, 23

NYC–based Jing Wen, who is originally from China, seems especially unfazed by the frantic energy that comes with the process of model casting, and for good reason: She’s walked for Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Prada, and has landed the cover of Chinese Vogue. Wen’s style is just as insouciant as her attitude—the elegant high-waisted denim look she wore for model castings this week captures the spirit of her cinematic influences, namely the bold female leads of filmmaker Hayao Miyazaki.
