he hasn't got the Oscar because there's so many other good actors competing with him. for example, Sean Penn deserved that Oscar,though I would have been happier if Johnny would have won it.still, the Academy Awards are really conservative, i think that's why...A shame, because the leading actor-Oscar is the best I think, the other Osacrs have gotten so bad...
