Johnny Depp

He's been working for months on.Why does spend any more with his family ?:( Vanessa and the kids used to follow him everywhere -and likewise when she was touring or shooting a movie.

^ He has been filming in Chicago since Spring. Those race-track pics that were just posted are his last scene in the film (shot in LA), he should be done.

I can tell you that while filming in Chicago he flew out to LA nearly every single weekend to be with his family (Vanessa & the kids have been staying in LA while he's been filming) :flower:

The Santa Anita Racetrack is right next to my school! Is He Still There?!
I can't believe i missed seeing Johnny Depp!

Thax Fabulyss, thats wonderful news :winkiss:.I so love them  (as actors, human being, parents),they seem to have find the right balance between Family and work.Could you believe that theyve been together 10 years and are still in love ?Its good that theyre not part of the Hollywood media circus.(Vanessa is gonna be touring in Europe this summer,he might come along, before spending some quality time in their home,in plan de la tour, south of France)

Oh I wish she would tour America! I doubt that will ever happen though :(

not liking his hair in this new film hes shooting
but he has the ultimate guy style i think, boyish bohemian, heath ledger was the same

rosemary, i know this is about 4 weeks late.. but thanks for those cry-baby screencaps!

what a gorgeous man<3

there's a johnny depp lookalike (well surely the most similar guy they could find to do the ed, and of course the styling and the mustache helps) on the august issue of french Glamour in an ed called Divine Idylle (shot by Chris Craymer and styled Julie Pailhas). and vanessa's lookalike couldn't be other than american model jennifer pugh, obviouslyB)
(there are more pictures but nobody scanned)

isn't he going to be in that movie heath never finished? it's on IMDB but im not sure how accurate it is.

^ Yes he is, here's an interview from the director (bolding the part I think is absolutely adorable):

TERRY GILLIAM: The great thing about it is that when Heath died, and we have a character that wasn't finished in the movie, those three actors [Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell] came along and saved the day. And so the character is now basically four actors creating one character. And that's . . . it's very interesting, and maybe even more interesting than it would have been with one actor going all the way through. I'm still not the best judge, because I have in my head what the film was going to be with Heath all the way through, and now there's a different film there. But all I know is, it's very funny.

Gilliam sounded proud of his film and genuinely awed by the generosity of the actors who came forward to save the picture and ensure its completion. Despite their high profiles, Depp, Law, and Farrell took no compensation for their work; instead, they donated their salaries to Heath Ledger's two-year-old daughter, Matilda.

TERRY GILLIAM: The three actors were totally heroic coming in. This doesn't happen very often . . . where there's a tragedy like this, and very famous, very successful actors suddenly say, "Okay, we'll do whatever it takes to help." They came; they did the work; they allowed the movie to be finished; they didn't take money--the money goes to Heath's daughter. That's extraordinary! And wonderful . . . and when you're part of that, you think, "Ah, this is maybe why I went into the movies, in the beginning. I thought it would be full of wonderful people. And in our case, we've got a movie full of wonderful people, who did extraordinary things to help.

Also it looks like Johnny might be playing the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton's big screen adaptation of 'Alice in Wonderland', shooting starts next summer.

That's really sweet of Johnny, Jude and Colin. :( I can't wait to see the movie, but it'll be sad to watch it knowing that Heath never got to finish the role himself.

Ohh another Tim and Johnny movie!! Fliss, thanks for bring that news over!! I love when they make movies together, they always end up becoming some of my favourites!!

Totally agree V, as much as I am looking forward to seeing Johnny in that film it'll be very sad knowing that the reason he's there is because Heath isn't. :(

I'm so excited to see how they do Alice In Wonderland/The Mad Hatter because they're both so brilliant at creating such spectacular worlds!!

aw bless. how wonderful of them. i just garnered more respect for all three of them. and i agree fliss. i hope at one point they'll release the footage of heath (on the dvd or something like that) apparently he filmed a lot of scenes.

and wow, i cant wait for alice haha.
