i love this thread, not only are the pictures are great too look at but the comments make me laugh and- most importantly- make me feel normal because i think the same way

They've been together for 12 years in real life, and are parents to two children (Lily Rose Melody e Jack John Christopher). And yet, despite both being actors, they've never worked together beyond their "real life" projects.
But now, Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis will appear together in Lasse Hallstrom's My American Lover. Depp and Hallstromm have already worked together in Chocolat and What's Eating Gilbert Grape. In Hallstrom's next film, which has already begun production, Paradis plays the French feminist and philosopher Simone de Beauvoir, while Depp plays her lover, the writer Nelson Algren. Depp is currently filming The Tourist with Angelina Jolie and will soon put on his pirate clothes for his fourth round as Captain Jack Sparrow.

I think that's from the make-up because that's not his normal jawline, you can even see in the interview videos which are recent it's his normal look, his face didn't puff up overnight lol

Vanessa Paradis, the longtime GF of actor Johnny Depp has learned from the mistakes of actresses like Laura Dern and Jennifer Aniston. She refuses to let her man do a passionate love scene with silver screen succubus Angelina Jolie! In fact, when Paradis found out her “Pirates of the Caribbean” BF and the United Nations Earth mother were due to get hot ’n’ heavy for the cameras shooting “The Tourist,” Paradis told Depp to find another gig, a source told the New York Post. But Depp hasn’t been able to cut ties with the flick yet. In the flick, Jolie plays an Interpol agent who seduces a tourist, played by Depp, in order to flush out a criminal she had a fling with in the past. “He’s currently trying to get out of the movie, but I don’t know if he’s succeeded. But he’s trying, and they’re talking about replacing him with Jolie’s partner Brad Pitt or Leonardo DiCaprio,” the source told the tabloid.
