Jones New York F/W 10.11 by Annie Leibovitz

Well, we can start a list. ;) I spot Jessica Stam, Julia Stegner, Vanessa Hegelmaier and Heidi Mount. Hilary Rhoda and Hana Soukupova have also been mentioned.

According to models.com -- Ragnhild Jevne, Ujjwala Raut, Jaunel McKenzie, Vanessa Hegelmaier, Missy Rayder, Jessica Stam, Julia Stegner, Hilary Rhoda, Du Juan, Heidi Mount, Dovile, Yasmin Warsame, Kori Richardson, Cato Van Ee, Aminata Niaria, Hana Soukupova, Jeisa Chiminazzo, Danijela Dimitrovska, Jacquetta Wheeler

I think that the ad works for the product and target market. Although to be honest I don't know why they went to the expense of hiring top (but still virtually unknown to the general public) models for this shoot. I think the same effect and power could have been achieved with non-top models, in fact it may have been slightly better because maybe they would have thought to swap out 2-4 of the female models with older female models.

IMO they still have an image to protect, Jones is one of the most prestigious office wear brands thus using lesser known models might cheapen the ad to some extent.

I love it, the girl's look great and love what they are wearing.

The first ad is in the September issue of Elle USA. Vogue USA will likely have more (if not all) the ads in its September issue.

They only had one in VOGUE US September Issue. I think they'll be out in the coming Issues of Fashion Magazines. :)

IIRC they just started going in the direction of hiring known models and photographers in recent seasons and they have years of doing regular mass market ads so their "prestigious" image was not built on casting top models. On that note, I would not call Jones NY a "prestigious" brand, I have never heard someone say, "she was rocking that Jones NY suit!" but it is definitely a respected brand. I just don't see an insurance underwriter in Minneapolis really noticing or caring about the model cast unless coincidentally she is a fashionphile. Now to the extent that it matters, perhaps in an "inside fashion" kinda way - I don't think that there is a cheapening effect when they choose lesser known models but there can be an elevating effect when they use known models; the target for this phenomenon is not necessarily the regular people who buy Jones NY, rather it's fashion editors and other fashion influencers and decision makers.
