that's the complete collection.
It's definitely hit and miss for me.. but it's the best i've seen from Josh Goot in a while. it feels more grown up and less try-hard trendy.. he must really love the 80s.. i hate all the obvious 80s references but more subtle looks like the dress in #1 and the pants in #8 are nice..
Love the last two black and white pieces in post #2...
But yeah, it's way too nostalgic. It just feels heavy. Some of the color combos are a bit much as well.
Not liking this collection at all!
Not very summery and the colours are too much for me.
This is hit or miss for me too, but I like more than I dislike.
The Australian press loves this guy, I personally think his clothes are boring and uninspired.
This collection reminds me or Henrik Vibskov
The prints are gorge!
The symmetry is interesting but it looks very outdated. The bomb singlet is cool though lol
yeh the Australian press loves this guy but there isn't much to love in Aussie fashion! i don't think this is his best collection at all there are some nice pieces though.
i think this is great!
Totally agree with adorefaith on the obvious 80's references tho
love the variegated fabrics and how he has used them to make the body look angular and blocky, and love the way he used it in small strips on those pants so it looks shiny. v clever.
This is so 80's its almost 1979
The color combinations are too much.and I haven't liked polka dots since middle school
I hate the prints, tacky for the sake of being tacky!
looks like bad, old Jonathan Saunders....
I quite like the optical illusion of a tiny waist created by the suit, but that's about it.
i like it overall but specially the colour and prints!
