Judith Lieber belt repair

One of my Judith Leiber belts is in need of repair. Two of the crystals have fallen out. Does anyone have the contact info for JL? Thanks in advance for your help.

We offer a repair service for many of our products. You may take your merchandise to any LEIBER boutique or mail your item(s) to our factory for repair. There is a minimum charge of $75 for items submitted for repair. Items received will be reviewed by our Repair Team to evaluate necessary repairs. An estimate will be provided to you prior to repairing your merchandise. Once you approve the estimate, the item will be repaired and shipped back to you.
