Juergen Teller - Photographer

Here´s another one,
Kristen Owen& Stella Tennant,
Scanned by me.

I love his work. So real and vulnerable. For me, much of the editorials and ads are fake and plastic. With Juergen the photos are always so imperfect. I love it

Jurgen Teller

i thought he well deserves a thread.
i like how he always is close to his subject but still keeps a distance...
he has (along with tilmans and others)shaped a new aesthetics of unpretentious fashion photography... i think he has a found a good balance between commercial and personal work.
his new marc jacobs advertisings with cindy sherman, for example, are outstanding i think...
i do not like everything by him but still some of my very favourite images were captured by his lense, so...
tadah...thoughts?

I'm a huge fan of Teller, I think he belong in the same category as Terry Richardson and Matt Irwin with the whole washed-out, trashy-glamorous, heroin-chic thing. Really pretty amazing stuff.
