I do indeed want to get my hands on loads of designer gear for my wardrobe B) - but I wish to avoid paying those shocking exorbitant designer prices!

You know there are lots of great 2nd hand shops selling good designer stuff etc. in London Paris and Milan that I really want to visit soon! Isn't it true that in HK the tailors can make clothes to your own personal design?

The thing is in my dreams - I would really just to able to walk in and buy the whole shop at Cavalli or Valentino in Milan or Rome!

Yes that's it dream on bb - but hey who know's - maybe you'll meet your dream billionaire one day?!

Hey Blingbling! I'd love to visit those cool shops in Milan, Paris and London too! But well... that's in awhile's time! So what are you doing in London? Btw, i plan to go to London in November for my working holiday! I really can't wait. London seems like such a lovely city! Full of culture but still quite cosmopolitan! I love that!
Anywayz, yeah... there are those tailored shops in Hong Kong, but they are not exactly cheap! So i guess it's better to buy at MongKok (cheap CHEAP cheap area) and you might spot some really cool bargains!
But i don't know. I just don't really trust those tailors, like you know? They seem less professional, i guess you just have to pick the BEST one but i just don't know any tailors at all!

It's a Blackberry, and I think the one that Julia has is supported by Cingular. I'm debating getting one, but I like Verizon rather than Cingular. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have a camera, and having a camera is useful.

Hey tortoisie! Small world! The thing is London Milan and Paris are just 1 hour's cheap flight away from my home. So who knows hey - maybe we could meet up!!! London is a multi-culti world city. It's very exciting - but alas - also very expensive! The think I love about visiting London is that nearly everybody speaks English with a foreign accent! But London is also very big though. You have to really plan your time very carefully and do your homework before you part with any of your hard-earned dough! My fave place at the moment though is Milan - I just adore "Bella Italia" and the Italians are just so animated and soooo cool! B) btw Bangkok is a bit like HK where you can take along your fave top design and get it made by a tailor - I had a lovely green pant suit made there on my hols! Keep on postin'!
