I figured it out, they consistently give her these huge, flouncy, regal outfits because Julia IS so regal, she's one of the only girls that could carry them off.

ha, interesting, because my theory is that they liked to cover her behind (seriously, that is what i think), which annoys me because whenever we get the chance to see her butt, we see how nice it is
