In German it is written the same way, but it would be pronounced:
'yulia shtegner'

you-li-aah shh-teg-ner (sort of like near, but less emphasis on the ee)

Ok resisted for ages but WTF she looks like the Trailer Trash Goddess We dont get VS in Australia but those clothes are shocking. It's the runway walk through before the s04 marc by marc jacobs show. (ie: when the models walk the runway in their own clothes before the actual show to practice line up, and get a feel for the venue etc. )
