No Sweet_rus you don't need to pay, but rexfeatures isn't open for registration to the general public you see, only publishing houses and journalists can register for an account When you register, they require you to give the name of your publication, fax number, work phone number, publication address etc. etc. so they can ring up to check whether you really work there. I remember trying to register on various picture sites... without a valid publication address and phone number, it's impossible to get past their checking system and get them to approve your account I only got mine when a friend of mine who is a journalist gave me his username and password...
