Anyone else notice that they put Julia is outfits that kinda poof out at the bottom in all her VS appearances? The Russian segment in 2005. Both segments in 2006. And now this purple cape in the 2007 show.

I loved her look in 2005 but I was happy that she got 3 outfits in 2007. Soooo she looked the best in 2005 but did better in 2007. Does that make sense? Lol..
