I'm wondering how this came to fruition? Did Jurgen propse to Jonathan to include himself photographed in his underwear crawling through a tyre? Or did Jonathan say 'ooh gee Jurgen I'd love to see you in your briefs holding some tyres in my lookbook, it'll look great with the other girls' .. ?
