Does someone know who the photographer is of this cover and if this is some kind of supplement:

I always asumed it was by Meisel, but another picture that's from the same ed (I think) says it's by Inez & vinoodh:

Can someone clarify this for me?

This is by Inez van Lamsweerde VMatadin from VogueIT May2000 Supllement the ed are with Karen Elson, Carmen kass, Malgosia Bela, Sierra Huisman, etc

It will probably be hard to find pictures from the Citizen's Band shows because apparently the audience was really close to the stage and they probably thought it would be rude to take pictures. Sorry.
