I seriously doubt that is Henry. Karen and Jack don't seem like the kind people to use their children as photo opportunities or accessories. That is way more a Natalia thing.

I know they aren't those type of people, but he could've possibly been on the set at the shoot and they decided it would be ok if he was in a photo as long as they didn't tell anybody(the general public) it was him.

I found this shot of Karen photographed by Peter Lindberg for Italian Vogue. Quite an old shot but once I saw it, I remember it being one of the more influential shots that got me into the field of fashion.

I bought the magazine yesterday and came to believe it's Henry.
There's a mini calendar of BCBG Max Azria in the mag, which has various versions of the ad.

She looks just flawless in the real print of the new ed. Everywhere people comment about Karen in the issue, there are only compliments on her for being a professional model.
The ed must be archived to the list of 'highlights' of Karen at DNA models. They tend to be lazy when it comes to Karen's section whereas whose part has been rapidly upgraded. I've felt it from a long time ago.. Her ed in the April 2007 issue of Italian Vogue is not there yet, either.
