Jack and Karen are just the most wonderful couple.
I have just got back from a 9 day trip to America where I saw Jack with his band The Raconteurs 5 times.. love Karen and Love that band..

This was their first public appearance together wasn't it?!
When I saw the picture (I was looking at the pics of the party on style.com) I nearly fell out of my seat! I seriously never though I'd see them at such a public event like this!

On a side note, Jack's sideburns seem ridiculously long to me.

^ Oh yes, you're right. I was happily surprised to see them there. I thought Karen would attend with a designer like other celebs. Good to see them together, anyway!

BTW, is that dress Marc Jacobs? If so, could I guess it suggests there's a chance that Karen will grace its campaign? Marc and Karen are close friends but she hasn't appeared in the ads.
(Celine is not enough! )

Poor Jack looks so uncomfortable there. I bet Karen begged him to go, because that kind of thing isn't his scene at all and he has never been to a public event with his girlfriend/wife before. It probably took a lot to convince Jackie boy to do this. Karen sure looks happy though.
