hey mudyjoon! I am also a Karen Elson fan, I started to collect her work recently, but I have a huge collection. Is there anything you are still looking for? Are you also a collector?
I am working on my website, it will be online soon, but it will be a part of my website with all the models I like:

It is a huge work to organize all her ads and editorials, but I am working on it) Any contributors are welcome) Also scans as I am scanning it all with my digital camera, I do not have a scanner yet. And it is quite slow to scan with a scanner, especially when you wanna scan all the work of a top model.

You got the catalog? Wow. It's one of the rare items, isn't it? I wanna see the rest I guess, until now, lots of her works haven't been posted yet. I can't find more on the Net either. Even some Bazaar eds weren't posted. Neither were some of Vogue UK eds.
Mojopin posted Vogue DE eds, btw. I don't know they were all Karen had done for Vogue DE, though.

....... Frank magazine? Was there an issue of it which featured her? I didn't know that!I've collected Karen's stuffs for years but I have no idea how many eds she has done for mags which are no longer being published, such as The Face, Dutch, and Nova too. She's such an editorial queen
So it's not easy for a fan(like me) to collect every work of her 
Both February and March 1997 issues of Vogue IT are still on my wishlist.

ops, now I see your reply...yes, i have the Hermes catalog, these are like an editorial, I will show the rest when i get back home from work later today.
I have lots of good scans from friends, so I will use them for my website...I will also show all the Bazaar eds i have, I might have all of them, but I am not sure...I wish I have them all
Karen also did tons of editorials for US Vogue and I also think I have them all.
I guess I also have all the UK and French Vogue editorials...and I miss just a few from Italian Vogue from 1998 and maybe 1997, but the ones you are still looking for are already in my collection and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY I have them!!!

I have run out of money, but yeah I love to collect magazines.. and have about 40 with Karen eds, and 15 Karen covers.. I have meant to sort out my mags for a while now.. Looking forward to your website, when it's up then I can see what I have and copy and what you don't have..

well, my collections are everything for me) I have been spending tons of money for many years`already...as for my Karen collection...well, I have 40 covers and around 200 editorials(also counting the 1 page editorials),so there will be a lotto be seen...and also many ads.
I do not recall an article about her singing in I-D, I have 10 editorials from I-D with Karen.
