I do also believe it's not her real height. Frida Gustavsson once mentioned (on her twitter I think if I'm not mistaken) she is 6'1. I looked at several shots of her and Karlie together in the same heel size and Karlie for sure is taller than that, not much, but veeery close to 6'2!!!
