^^ Second that. Karlie is quite a bombshell herself. And her energy is way higher then of Candice, for example. She looked fresh, tall (unlike soft and on a quite usual side Candice and Ale, who doesnt really have THE bombshell body either) and frisky.

Karlie really doesn't have a bombshell face or body. And I don't mean this in a bad way. I just think she is more suitable for high fashion. Karlie looks athletic in my opinion. Her outfit looks conservative lol but didn't she say herself in an interview she is conservative?

It definitely isn't just you. It's very odd, especially when you consider that her bikini was chosen by fans on the VS twitter. Why ask fans for their input if you're just going to cover her up? They can't even see what they voted for!

I don't find it strange that she is covered up.. at that VSswim event last year (or 2011?) with Miranda and Candice they both wore a variation of that 'dress' Karlie is wearing. But they should have either ALL been in swim clothing, or bikinis. Or at least the shorts Candice and Ale wore should be in a similar style to Karlie's dress, so they at least look part of the same event.

She looks radiant though. Candice looks sort of miserable tbh.

I'm sorry but the majority of people who don't follow fashion and who will see Karlie in these VS ads are going to wonder how it is she ever got chosen to work with VS. Whatever you have to say about main VS Angels, you can't deny that they are quintessentially attractive and stereotypically sexy. You just can't say that about Karlie. Yes, she's attractive in her own way, but VS models are the kinds of beauties that are just in your face. You look at someone like Adriana or Candice and you'd have to be dead inside to think they're unattractive. I just feel that most people, particularly the ones who don't follow fashion, wouldn't be so into Karlie's look.

^ Yes I know what you mean, but VS seems to have been moving away from the bombshell model image and toward the long legged fashion look the last few years, so...and, the same 'no one will get her look' idea was often heard when Kate Moss first hit the modeling scene about a hundred years ago...

^I never used to know if straight guys found her as stunning as I did, but when I had a photo of her up on my computer screen yesterday my male friend thought she was so hot and went and followed her on Instagram straight away. Although my boyfriend didn't think she was anything special. So I guess everyone has different tastes.

Well I am straight and I have always found her totally hot- the All American cheerleader (and ballerina!) look has always been my type...plus, I think she is an excellent model and has one of the nicest personalities in the business; I think she is going to be a huge, long term star! (Believe it or not, some of us are not all that impressed with the Pam Anderson, voluptuous look- there's still plenty of room for elegance and understatement, which I would say Karlie exemplifies..)
