No make-up, no clothes (but maybe a little help from the airbrushSupermodels prove they are natural beauties in new photo book
Victoria's Secret Angel Karlie Kloss and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl Irina Shayk were among the models to pose for photographer James Houston
Karlie Kloss, Irina Shayk and Isabella Rossellini's daughter Elettra Wiedemann are just some of the high-profile supermodels who agreed to bare all for a new photography book titled Natural Beauty.
Each willingly stripped off their make-up and clothes for New York-based photographer James Houston, who has had a 'lifetime interest in the human form.'
The photo project, which also featured actors Adrian Grenier and Emma Watson, was launched to raise awareness of environmental issues and many of Mr Houston's subjects preserved their modesty with carefully placed organic props such as seaweed or driftwood.

no makeup in that "Natural Beauty" book?? yeah right!!!

I'm not trying to be rude but it's clear she's wearing makeup (eyebrow pencil , concealer , foundation , bit of bronzer/highlighter , slight lipgloss and mascara..) , I don't understand how they think they can deceive us !![]()
thehoustoneffectThe NATURAL BEAUTY book of portraits will be released in late spring of 2013 and will follow with an exhibition in New York City in April. The book includes 120 stunning images of some of the world’s leading models and celebrities advocating with Houston for environmental awareness, including Emma Watson, Christy Turlington, Adrian Grenier, Brooke Shields, Arizona Muse, Elle Macpherson and many more. Houston looks towards the beauty of nature as the inspiration for this body of work, incorporating natural elements into many of the images.
Coachella. That magical weekend (well, now two weekends) of music and art in the sunshine. Models flock to it: it’s the perfect combination of music, fun and cropped tank tops! So we had to ask the Coachella veterans, Karlie Kloss, Heidy de la Rosa and Alessandra Ambrosio some Coachella Confidential questions to get us ready for the upcoming festival! Find out what your favorite girls have to say about this magical experience, after the jump!

Modelinia: What was the last concert you went to?
Karlie: Coachella last year and I’m going again this year!
M: Which artists are a must-see for you?
K: The Postal Service!
(M: Right? Us too, so excited!)
K: So excited! I’m a big Coachella fan; I’ve gone the last three years. It’s my favorite festival because it is all of your favorite music and the best concerts wrapped up all in one weekend.
M: Will we see you during the first or second weekend?
K: I’ve always gone the first weekend, but because of work this year, I’m going the second weekend. I’m kind of worried it’s not going to be as good…!
M: Oh, it definitely will. We’re going the first weekend, but both weekends are amazing!
K: But see that’s what I mean, the first weekend is the best! The first weekend is new, you don’t know what to expect from the artists and there will probably be a surprise performer.
M: What was your favorite act from last year’s Coachella?
K: I loved the Snoop Dog, Tupac hologram, Eminem performance. That whole act was such a good surprise and was really cool.
M: Yes, we remember! Who could forget?
K: Maybe I will end up going the first weekend and see you there!
(We hope so!)
