It's no secret Modelresource is a big fan of Kate Somers.

Since the day I met her I've had a strong suspicion that good things were coming to this one.

Now a lot more people are going to learn about the soon-to-be 16 year old, with the publication of the newest issue of Vervegirl.

The 5'11", Ford model appears on the cover, as well as in a feature story authored by yours truly and photographed by Owen Bruce.

Kate has an editorial in the September 2008 Elle Canada (the one with Coco Rocha on the cover) and a little write up about her on the Contributors page.

^Sorry I don't have the magazine on me. Now I have to go by memory....yikes!

It was shot by Richard Bernardin. Editorial called something like Belle De Jour.

The editorial looks like it was shot in a park, lots of fall colours, leaves, park benches etc. Kate has her hair up in all the pictures.

I really liked it. Really nice shots.
