well hopefully the webshop is good. i don't know. I feel disappointed whenever I'm at DSM. The staff seem unapproachable and not that knowledgable and while they carry some interestingly curated stuff which I appreciate.....it's quite boring for the rest with just an interesting setup.

Service is hit or miss for me. Either they are so accommodating or wouldn't care less you are there. The store is still one of my favorite nonetheless. Thanks about the webshop opening notice, hope this is true and not just hearsay.

this is so true, i just find that dover street market is far overrated.
