Has anyone posted her story for the 2011 issue of Encens? I saw some pics a while ago (not the full story) and her look just fit into the magazine to perfection.

Her career may fall into 'underrated' territory for many since she's not doing luxury labels but I really don't think there's any other model right now booking the level of quality stories and working with such creative teams as she is, I'm in awe every time I get notifications from this thread.. they've really managed to sculpt the kind of interesting career that's become very rare among models, and I guess that comes from the fact that even though she's very versatile and can go from commercial to more experimental stuff with no fuzz, there's always depth in her eyes, she never looks lighthearted or completely manipulable. Awesome girl, I hope we eventually see her show up in magazines like Vestoj or Some/things and I hope David Armstrong picks up on her too.

^Love what you said about her. I agree, her work - whether it's high fashion eds, commercial stuff, editorials in indie magazines or just catalog shots - is always impeccable and she always brings a certain coolness and a personal note to everything she does. I just wish she got some bigger jobs every now and then because I fear she might give up modeling soon because she already seems to have slowed down since she's back to University. Though I'm sure she'll be modeling for Urban Outfitters eternally, they seem to really love her
And also thanks for the info about the Encens editorial. I posted some shots from it a while back. They were in her portfolio at Women but I never knew what they were from. Would love to see that editorial someday!

2012 #5: Qui Est Cette Fille? 17, January 2011. SoHo, New York, NY.

A year and a day ago, I took this picture of the beautiful Kel Markey while at a designer’s apartment who was looking for a model for a look book. Kel declined. After, I noticed her in various editorials and catalogs, Urban Outfitters and Nylon to name a few.

While browsing the 2012 Pre-Fall collection for The Row, I saw Kel! Isn’t she stunning? There’s just something about her that tells me she could make it big time! I hope she will!
