She's very young, and I think many young people haven't really found their personal style yet. She looks pretty terrible most of the time, to me, but she's not afraid to mix-n-match and try new things.

That fearlessness equals potential in my eyes; in a few years, when she's matured and honed her style, I think she can look great! Or worse, depending on how her style evolves.
