Kenneth Ning pulled from a varied set of influences for spring. Moroccan spices informed the bright palette, sand storm references came through in cotton face masks, and floral tapestries were used to disrupt pinstripe suits.
The diverse themes made for interesting pieces including pleated shorts, a bomber jacket splashed with a watercolor print, the lace shirt styled with wide-leg pants and the tonal looks. Things didn’t go over so well though with the graphic black-and-white tailored pieces, which seemed more conceptual than inspired.
